respond to user requests made via the contact form based on art. 6 paragraph. 1 point. f GDPR,
accept reservations using an online booking system based on Art. 6 paragraph. 1 point. b GDPR,
provide services offered by ADO based on Art. 6 paragraph. 1 point. b GDPR,
perform marketing activities, including sending sales offers to the email address if the Customer had provided consent to such activities by marking an appropriate field during the reservation process, based on art. 6 paragraph. 1 point. a GDPR. Consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes and the transmission of commercial information can be revoked by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or sending such a request to ADO's e-mail address,
pursuing the legitimate interest of ADO, in specific cases, based on Art. 6 paragraph. 1 point. f GDPR, e.g. debt collection, - by collecting cookies.

§1
The room is rented on a daily basis.
If the Guest did not specify the length of stay when renting a room, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.
The day begins at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure.
§2
If you wish to extend your stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, please report it to the reception no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day on which the room rental period expires.
The hotel will accommodate requests to extend your stay to the extent possible.
§3
The basis for accepting a Guest for their stay is presenting an ID with a photo to the Reception employee and signing the registration card.
The guest may not transfer the room to other people, even if the period for which he or she paid for the stay has not expired.
People visiting our guests can stay in the room from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The Hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who, during their previous stay, grossly violated the Regulations of Stay by causing damage to the property of the Hotel or other Guests or damage to Guests, employees or other persons staying at the Facility.

In case of any reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is kindly requested to report them to the Reception as soon as possible, which will enable the hotel staff to react immediately.
The hotel is obliged to provide:
professional and courteous service,
cleaning the room and repairing the equipment during the Guest's absence, and in the Guest's presence only if he expresses such a wish. Room cleaning takes place every day between 10:00 and 16:00,
conditions for a peaceful and safe stay and maintaining the confidentiality of information about the Guest,
efficiency of technical devices,
change of bed linen and towels every 3 days at the Guest's request.

At the Guest's request, the hotel provides the following services free of charge:
providing information related to your stay and transport connections,
wake up at a set time,
storing money and valuables in a deposit box during the Guest's stay at the hotel.
§6
The hotel's liability for the loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value is in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law.
It is possible to deposit valuable items in the safe at Reception.
In the event of loss or damage to the items referred to above, the compensation shall not exceed the sum determined in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Justice of 24 July 1998 on the limitation of liability of persons running hotels or other similar establishments for profit (Journal of Laws of 1998, No. 117, item 758, as amended).

The hotel's parking lot is monitored, unguarded.
The hotel is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other motor vehicle left in the car park.

The hotel is required to observe quiet hours from 10pm to 7am the following day.
The behavior of Guests and people using the hotel's services should not disturb the peace of other Guests. The hotel may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule.

Each time the Guest leaves the room, they should check if the windows and doors are closed and leave the key (card) at the Reception. A fee of PLN 50 applies for losing the key.
The guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of the facility’s equipment and technical devices caused by his fault or the fault of persons visiting him.
Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that are not the property of the hotel in the rooms. This does not apply to computer chargers and power supplies.
If you notice a fire, you should immediately notify the receptionist or other hotel employee and then evacuate in accordance with the evacuation signs indicating the directions of evacuation access and exits.
There is a total ban on smoking cigarettes and other tobacco products throughout the hotel. Violation of this ban will result in a fee of PLN 500. Smoking is allowed outside the building or on the balcony.
Acting on behalf of SNFP – Stowarzyszenie Niezależna Fonografia Polska – the hotel provides, and the Guest borrows, a TV set and a radio free of charge for their own personal use for the duration of their stay.
The hotel does not accept pets.
§10
Personal belongings left in the room by a departing Guest will be sent at the Guest's expense to the address indicated by him. In the event that such instructions are not received, the hotel will store these items for 1 month.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, we inform you that the controller of your personal data is Stanisław Bobak operating under the name of TATROPOL Stanisław Bobak with its registered office in Ząb, ul. Potoczki 20, 34-521 Ząb.
Personal data are processed for the purpose of booking accommodation and providing hotel services, and in the case of consent granted, also for marketing purposes.
Data collected for the purposes of providing hotel services will be processed for the period specified in legal regulations, and in the case of data collected on the basis of consent, until such consent is withdrawn.
The hotel has a video monitoring system installed. The monitoring is used to improve the safety of guests. Monitoring data is stored for 7 days. Monitoring data can be made available at the request of the appropriate services.
Every Guest has the right to access the content of their data, to correct it, to transfer it and to receive a copy of their personal data processed by the hotel.
In the event of consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes, you also have the right to withdraw the consent at any time, to request the restriction of their processing, to delete them and the right to be forgotten.
Your data may be made available or transferred to the following categories of recipients:
transport and taxi companies in the event of ordering transport or courier delivery for the Guest,
companies providing IT support services for the hotel,
companies providing accounting services,
companies providing legal services,
companies providing marketing services for the hotel.
