In the interests of the security of the entrusted personal data, ADO operates based on internal procedures and recommendations, in accordance with the relevant legal acts on the protection of personal data, and in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 EC.
ADO shall take particular care to protect the interests of data subjects and, in particular, ensure that personal data are:

collected for legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes,
substantially correct and adequate to the purposes for which they are processed,
kept in a form that enables identifying the persons to whom they relate no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
ADO performs functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior by having them voluntarily enter information in forms, to:
respond to user requests made via the contact form based on art. 6 paragraph. 1 point. f GDPR,
accept reservations using an online booking system based on Art. 6 paragraph. 1 point. b GDPR,
provide services offered by ADO based on Art. 6 paragraph. 1 point. b GDPR,
perform marketing activities, including sending sales offers to the email address if the Customer had provided consent to such activities by marking an appropriate field during the reservation process, based on art. 6 paragraph. 1 point. a GDPR. Consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes and the transmission of commercial information can be revoked by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or sending such a request to ADO's e-mail address,
pursuing the legitimate interest of ADO, in specific cases, based on Art. 6 paragraph. 1 point. f GDPR, e.g. debt collection, - by collecting cookies.

ADO reserves the right to change the privacy policy of the website, which may be caused by the development of Internet technology, possible changes in the law regarding the protection of personal data, and the development of the Website. Users shall be informed of any changes in a visible and understandable manner.

Reception desk is the supervisor, advisor and information point for our Guests. It’s open 24.
Check in starts from 16:00. Check out until 12:00
If a Guest wishes to stay longer this should be reported to the reception before 10:00. The stay will be extended whenever it will be possible.
If a Guest does not specify the number of nights that he plans to spent in Redyk the reception will treat this stay as for one night only.
Silence should be respected from 22:00 till 7:00
Guests only visiting Redyk should leave rooms before 22:00
Guest behaviour should not cause any inconveniences to other Guests of Redyk. Redyk has the right to not accommodate Guests who are intoxicated or who disturb other Guests with their behaviour.
During the stay Redyk lets the Guest use the radio and TV set that are in the room, and the Guest rents them for their own use.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage in the room or the facility caused by them or their Guests that are not staying in Redyk.
Guests should close the room windows and door before leaving the room. The room key should be left at the reception desk. Guest will be charged 50 PLN for lost key.
Redyk has limited responsibility for valuable goods and money left in the room.
Redyk has no responsibility for vehicles that are parked on the parking lot in case of damage or theft.
In case of leaving personal belongings in the room after checking out they will be sent to Guest to the address pointed by Guest (on Guest’s cost) or will be storage for 1 month.
Room cleaning take place between 10:00 and 16:00. Bed clothes can be changed after the third night, regarding Guest’s wish.
Regarding the fire and safety regulations no personal facilities such as: irons, kettles and others, are allowed in the rooms.
In case of fire noticed by Guest this should be immediately reported to the reception desk and Guest should immediately leave the building following the Emergency Exit signs.
Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building except for the balconies and outside smoking areas.
Redyk does not accept animals.
Redyk can refuse the storage of belongings that do not look like personal belongings.
Redyk can refuse the accommodation to Guests who disrespect the Stay Regulations.
